On 4 September 2017, the World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Body issued its report in the case "United States – Conditional Tax Incentives for Large Civil Aircraft". The report concerns a November 2016 WTO Panel report, which found that a 2013 Washington state tax package for the aerospace industry (Boeing) was in violation of WTO rules ({News-2016-11-30/A/7-previous coverage}).
