The OECD has announced that on 22 March 2023, Vietnam signed the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. The Convention must now be ratified by Vietnam and the ratification instrument deposited before entering into force for the country.
