Uruguay has published Law No. 20.351, which was signed on 19 September 2024 and provides for the ratification of the pending tax information exchange agreement with the United States. The agreement, signed 24 October 2023, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
