On 4 March 2025, the UK House of Commons Fourth Delegated Legislation Committee approved the draft Double Taxation Relief and International Tax Enforcement (Belarus) (Revocation) Order 2025 and the draft Double Taxation Relief (Russian Federation) (Revocation) Order 2025, which provide for the suspension of the tax treaties with Belarus and Russia.
