As previously reported, Bolivia has published a series of Supreme Decrees in the Official Gazette providing measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes that where Corporate Income Tax is paid in cash by 15 May 2020 in respect of the year ending 31 December 2019, the amount paid will be deducted as payment on account of the Transaction Tax (Impuesto a las Transacciones - IT) at certain rates.
