Austria's Ministry of Finance has published the English-language version of the synthesized text of the 1970 Austria-Netherlands income and capital tax treaty as impacted by the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The MLI generally applies for the treaty from 1 January 2020 ({News-2019-11-04/T/2-previous coverage}).
