The UK has published the Double Taxation Relief (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) Order 2018, which was made on 23 May 2018. The Order provides for the ratification of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI), which the UK signed on 7 June 2017.
