On 8 September 2017, the UK Parliament published the Finance Bill 2017-19 as introduced in the House of Commons. As {News-2017-09-07/P/4-previously reported}, the Bill includes several measures that were intended to be adopted as part of the Finance Act 2017 but were removed, including new loss relief provisions, interest deduction restrictions, and others, which in most cases will apply with retrospective effect from April 2017. After it is approved by the House of Commons, the Bill must then be approved by the House of Lords before receiving Royal Assent, which is expected near the end of the year. For more...
