The UK has published the Soft Drinks Industry Levy Regulations 2018, which were made 15 January 2018 and laid before the House of Commons on 17 January. The regulations set out the detailed legislative framework for the Soft Drinks Industry Levy, which was introduced as part of the Finance Act 2017 ({News-2017-05-02/A/8-previous coverage}) and will commence on 6 April 2018.
