An interim final rule from the U.S. Department of Commerce on product exclusion procedures was published in the 19 March 2018 edition of the Federal Register. The procedures are in relation to the tariffs of 25% and 10% that will be implemented from 23 March on the import of steel and aluminum products, respectively, with exemptions for Canada and Mexico.
