The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced the United States' participation in the seventh Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity (IPEF) negotiating round in San Francisco, California, from 5 to 12 November 2023. The USTR has also announced that the United States is hosting the third in-person IPEF ministerial meeting in San Francisco from 13 to 14 November 2023.
