The U.S. IRS has published an early release draft update of Publication 901 on U.S. Tax Treaties, which is dated 9 September 2024. Publication 901 provides guidance for taxpayers on whether a tax treaty between the United States and a particular country offers a reduced rate of, or possibly a complete exemption from, U.S. income tax for residents of that particular country. It was last updated in September 2016 (current version).
