U.S. FinCEN Stays Deadline in Light of Court Injunction on Beneficial Ownership Reporting

The U.S. Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has published an alert on its BOI webpage announcing that reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information but may do so voluntarily.
