The U.S. Congressional Research Services (CRS) has published an updated report on the impact of revoking Russia's permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) status, which provides most-favored nation treatment to goods and services traded with Russia. Revoking PNTR status would increase applicable import duties on U.S. imports from Russia, potentially impacting certain sectors reliant on Russian inputs.
