On 10 February 2024, the Tunisian Council of Ministers approved Tunisia's accession to the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). As previously reported, Tunisia has committed to the automatic exchange of financial account information in 2024.
