The income tax treaty between Croatia-Denmark, signed on 14 September 2007, entered into force on 22 February 2009. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2010. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the former Yugoslavia-Denmark income and capital tax treaty of 19 March 1981 in relations between Denmark and Croatia.
