Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement in Force for Brunei

Brunei-Australia-Canada-Chile-Japan-Malaysia-Mexico-New Zealand-Peru-Singapore-United Kingdom-Vietnam

The Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) entered into force for Brunei on 12 July 2023. CPTPP was signed by Brunei on 8 March 2018 and incorporates, by reference, the provisions of the original Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement, signed 4 February 2016, with the exception of a limited set of provisions. Brunei is the final original signatory for which the agreement has entered into force.
