-   finalising the negotiations of a new treaty with Poland; -   progress negotiations with China (People's Rep.), Germany, Hungary, Hong Kong, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Thailand; and -   talks on a new or revised treaty or protocol with Mexico.
