Thailand published a series of Royal Decrees in the Official Gazette on 13 May 2018 that provide for various tax incentives. One of the main incentives is provided by Royal Decree No. 658, which extends the five-year corporate tax holiday (exemption) for start-ups in certain targeted industries that are incorporated in 2018.
