Thailand's new transfer pricing law was published in the Official Gazette on 21 November 2018 and is generally effective from 1 January 2019. As {News-2018-10-05/A/6-previously reported}, the law introduces an annual transfer pricing disclosure requirement, a transfer pricing documentation preparation requirement, a statutory definition of related parties (50% ownership or control), and explicit provisions empowering the tax authority to make transfer pricing adjustments.
