According to a recent announcement by the Kyrgyzstan government, the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty with the Netherlands will be held 20 to 23 April 2015. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind directly between the two countries, although the treaty between the Netherlands and the former Soviet Union had applied, but was terminated. The treaty must be finalized, signed and ratified before entering into force. Additional details will be published once available.
