According to a release from Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, officials from Kuwait and San Marino signed an income and capital tax treaty on 27 September 2024. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
