Tax Treaty between Georgia and Kyrgyzstan as Entered into Force

According to an update from Georgia's Ministry of Finance, the income tax treaty with Kyrgyzstan entered into force on 29 May 2023. The treaty, signed 13 October 2016, is the first of its kind between the two countries. Taxes Covered The treaty covers Georgian profit tax and income tax.
