According to a recent update from the Croatian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the income tax treaty between Croatia and Turkmenistan entered into force on 6 April 2015. The treaty, signed 29 April 2014, is the first of its kind between the two countries. Taxes Covered The treaty covers Croatian profit tax, income tax, local income tax, and any other surcharges.
