According to recent reports, following the completion of the ratification procedures by both countries, the income and capital tax treaty between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia has entered into force and is effective from 1 January 2015. The treaty, signed 24 September 2013, is the first of its kind between the two countries. Taxes Covered The treaty covers individual/personal income tax, profit tax and property tax of both countries.
