According to a release from the Andorran government, officials from Andorra and Slovenia met on 9 September to establish a roadmap for bilateral cooperation, including through the negotiation of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified, before entering into force.
