Croatia's Tax Administration has announced the signing of an income and capital tax treaty with Andorra on 14 October 2022. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and provides the following withholding tax rates: Dividends - 5% Interest - 5% Royalties - 5% The treaty will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
