On 29 March 2016, tax haven legislation (Bill SF 3318) was introduced in the senate of the U.S. State of Minnesota. The bill expands the definition of domestic corporations for tax purposes to include certain foreign corporations incorporated in tax havens. The legislation lists 45 jurisdictions to be considered tax havens.
