A tax information exchange agreement between Norway and Uruguay entered into force on 30 January 2014. The TIEA applies for all taxes of both countries. Provisions of the TIEA are applicable for criminal tax matter beginning  the date of its entry into force, and for all other matters for tax periods beginning on or after the date of its entry into force.
