South Africa's National Treasury has published the draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill, 2018 (TLAB) and the draft Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill, 2018 (TALAB) for public comment. The TLAB and TALAB include the legislative amendments for the more complex tax proposals that were announced as part of the 2018 Budget and certain other changes.
