South Africa's National Treasury has published the bills for the implementation of the 2019 budget measures and certain other changes that were submitted in parliament on 30 October 2019. This includes: The Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws Bill (Bill 17 of 2019); The Taxation Laws Amendment Bill (Bill 18 of 2019); and The Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill (Bill 19 of 2019). The measures of the Bills are generally in line with those consulted on in July 2019 ({News-2019-07-30/P/5-previous coverage}).
