The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has issued a preliminary draft guide for the Special Voluntary Disclosure Program (SVDP), which is currently pending the enactment of the required legislation ({News-2016-07-25/P/4- previous coverage}) and will be available from 1 October 2016 to 31 March 2017.
