On 22 July 2015, the South African National Treasury issued the draft 2015 Taxation Laws Amendment Bill and Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill for public comment. The Bills include the amendments needed to implement several of the tax measures included in the 2015 Budget. Rate related measures, however, are included in the Rates and Monetary Amounts and Amendment of Revenue Laws Bill ({News-2015-06-10/P/2- previous coverage}).
