Slovenia's Ministry of Finance has published the synthesized texts of the 1998 tax treaty with Belgium, the 2000 tax treaty with Canada, the 2012 tax treaty with Georgia, and the 2001 tax treaty with Luxembourg as impacted by the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The documents were prepared on the basis of the MLI positions submitted to the Depositary by the respective countries.
