Slovenia's Ministry of Finance has published the synthesized text of the 2010 income tax treaty with Singapore as impacted by the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The document was prepared on the basis of the MLI position of the Republic of Slovenia submitted to the Depositary upon ratification on 22 March 2018 and of the MLI position of the Republic of Singapore submitted to the Depositary upon ratification on 21 December 2018.
