The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore updated its Country-by-Country Reporting guidance page on 19 January 2024 with respect to the list of jurisdictions with which CbC reports can be automatically exchanged. This includes the addition of Kenya with effect from financial year (FY) 2022 and Montserrat with effect from FY 2024.
