The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore has published updated guidance on Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) and Additional Conveyance Duty (ACD) to reflect an adjustment of the rates effective 6 July 2018. Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) The ABSD rates are generally increased overall, including an increase in the rate for entities buying any residential property from 15% to 25%.
