The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has published the impact of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI) for the 1991 income tax treaty with Papua New Guinea.
