On 20 January 2016, Singapore deposited the ratification instrument for the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. Singapore signed the convention as amended on 29 May 2013. According to the OECD overview of signatories to the convention, the convention will enter into force in Singapore on 1 May 2016.
