March 14th 2014, the Spanish government authorized signature draft tax information exchange agreements (TIEA) with the British Crown Dependencies of Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man. The agreements will provide for the mutual exchange of information on tax matters in line with OECD standards. They will go into effect after signed and ratified by each party and will be the first of their kind between Spain and the Crown Dependencies.
