On 15 December 2016, the Scottish government published its Draft Budget 2017-18. One of the main changes included in the Budget is in relation to the individual income tax bands, which Scotland is now allowed to adjust under powers transferred to the Scottish Parliament ({News-2016-12-02/A/4- previous coverage}).
