On 21 December 2015, the Saudi Cabinet approved the signing of a protocol to the 2006 income and capital tax treaty with Austria. The protocol will be the first to amend the treaty, and must be finalized, signed and ratified before entering into force. Additional details of the protocol will be published once available.
