The Inland Revenue Department of Saint Lucia has announced the extension of the tax amnesty programme by one year to 1 May 2025. The tax amnesty programme provides a 100% waiver of interest, penalties, and collection fees on all outstanding tax liabilities for periods up to and including 2021. Eligible taxes under the amnesty include personal income tax, corporate tax, property tax, VAT, PAYE, and withholding tax.
