Rwanda published Law No. 026/2022 of 19 October 2022 in the Official Gazette on 21 October 2022, which provides for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with the Republic of the Congo. The treaty, signed 24 November 2021, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
