Russia has published Federal Law No. 175-FZ of 11 June 2022, which entered into force on 30 June 2022 and provides for the termination of the 1992 Commonwealth of Independent States Pension Agreement. The multilateral agreement is between Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. The agreement will be terminated for Russia six months after its notification of termination is deposited. The agreement is to be replaced with bilateral agreements between the respective countries, such as the recently approved agreement between Russia and Tajikistan.
