Russia Ratifies SSA between Eurasian Economic Union Member States

On 9 November 2020, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law for the ratification of the pending multilateral social security agreement between the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The EAEU agreement, signed 20 December 2019, implements certain social security related provisions of the 2014 Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. The EAEU member states include Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia.
