Puerto Rican nonprofit Espacios Abiertos (Open Spaces) has announced the release of a report that evaluates the impact of the 15% Pillar 2 Global Minimum Tax (GMT) in Puerto Rico and quantifies the potential revenue the island would forgo if appropriate legislation is not enacted in a timely manner.
