Puerto Rico's Ministry of Finance has published a Request for Proposal (RFP) for International Tax Framework Assessment Professional Services in regard to the implementation of the Pillar 2 global minimum tax. As stated in the RFP, "The scope of this RFP is to provide information to interested parties in preparing and submitting Competitive Proposals to meet the requirements for providing international tax consulting services regarding the OECD's Pillar Two Tax Framework and its possible implementation in Puerto Rico."
