6 December 2011 According to the information published by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, the amending protocol, signed on 29 September 2009, to the Mexico - Singapore Income Tax Treaty (1994), will enter into force on 1 January 2012. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2012.
