On 25 July 2013, the amending protocol, signed on 7 June 2012, to the Luxembourg - Poland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1995), entered into force. The protocol generally applies from 1 September 2013 for withholding taxes and from 1 January 2014 for other taxes.
